Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed by our warehouse. Orders are usually delivered to the delivery company within 2 to 5 Business Days and tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to certain countries.
We currently ship to over 50 countries.
Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you choose, but generally take 7-14 days.
We pay duties and taxes on all packages, but if your country of residence has an issue with your package, you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on your country's laws.
(We would like to point out that our existing customers have not encountered such a problem. We stated this only to inform you).

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a Refund or exchange it for another style within 14 days of receiving your order.
Must be returned within 14 days. Must be unworn and unwashed. Must have all original tags attached.
Except for quality issues, we reserve the right to return and exchange for purchases made outside our country (France) due to customs procedures.
You may return your item for store credit, a different item, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if applicable) is not refundable in most cases. Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns. Please contact us to begin your return or exchange process.
To return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of your order's packing slip or confirmation email and note the new size or product you want. (We cannot guarantee that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchange.) Mail your return to the address provided via email.
Tracking number is required during the return process. Otherwise, the order will lose the return service. Returns will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping back fees are not refundable. Import duties/taxes and customs fees are not refundable. Except for quality problems, special products do not participate in the return policy.
